Niigata Rainbow Perch

Niigata Rainbow Perch vs. Tokyo Sky Tree

The Tallest Building in Niigata is the Niigata Bandaijima Building that is the Hotel Nikko Niigata. The size of an observation deck would have to be taller than many other buildings and substantially larger than the Original Rainbow Tower (100 meters) in Bandai City because of the growing cityscape. A Tower that has nothing impeding its view is the the Kobe Port Tower (100 meters), however towers like the Osaka Abeno Harukas (300 meters) are hard to see in a large-city. It is unlikely that the building would have to match the size of Tokyo Tower (1092 meters) and
Tokyo Skytree (2080 meters),

To truly be iconic the "Niigata Rainbow Perch" would ideally offer more than just height. Design, accessibility, and the overall experience would be crucial. The part of the purpose of the "Niigata Rainbow Perch" in considering its location would be ensuring panoramic views of the cityscape, the rivers, enjoy a high-deck, and feel like beautiful only-in-Niigata observation deck.

Nanairopāchi

Niigata Rainbow Perch Mall "Nanairopāchi" vs. Tokyo Sky Tree Mall "Solamachi": Nanairopāchi would be an area known as "Nanairopāchi Town" and have the answer to "What's the Best thing to do when visiting the tallest tower in Niigata?". It would be a (A.) Sprawling Base of Niigata Rainbow Perch where it is a Shopping-Complex, (B.) Tradition and Stylish culture combine to create an abundant community, (C.) New Appeal of Niigata with World Class Views of Niigata City from Above, (D.) Get Amazing Food, and (E.) Have a Lot of Fun as a Popular Sightseeing course of Animals, Sky, Museum, and all kinds of entertainment.

Etymology: "Nanairo" (seven colors) directly translates to rainbow, combined with "perch". Within the theme of the name there are seven featured prefectures: NiigataYamagataMiyagiToyamaIshikawaNagano, and Gunma.

"Pergola" suggests an open and roofed inviting space, possibly with some outdoor or naturally lit elements. This clarifies the central design, where the food vendors are located around the dining area, creating a convenient and communal experience. The variety of food is from: Japanese, Western, Chinese, Italian, to Desert, which highlights the diverse culinary offerings, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. It is also where the "Food Mercati" that uses the Italian term "Mercati" (market) to evoke the concept furumachi "old town" food market atmosphere that features stores that sell fresh produce and Japanese and western deli dishes every day. That way if your staying to eat or shopping for food to take home it is a center of food.

4TH FLOOR: Japanese Souvenirs
A floor filling with the greatest selection of souvenirs in Niigata Rainbow Perch, and is made up of specialty stores that focus on the "Today". This floor is designed based on the theme of minatomachi merchant stores (harbor town) that were common in Echigo towns in the Edo Period. The traditional Japanese structural aesthetics of columns, beams, and crossbeams contribute to a unified appearance of the various stores that are designed after Niigata Kominka with the Niigata Color Pallette. It will be designed to be a floor popular among families, students, tourists, and has entertainment, as well as restaurants based on street food.
